Partnership project with backend team. The objective was set up a simple and functional interface to the users be able to create new forms according to their needs.
It was created on a platform where the form was already pre-configured. The addition of the fixed menu on the right side was done with certain design limitations, because the platform offered some restrictions.
Technology: HTML; CSS; JavaScript (menu sidebar).

Form development for accessing the company news environment, intended for employees.
Filter and Alert development. Only the email defined on code can be registered. Registration can only be submitted after filling all fields.

SIRIUS - Software
Development and Deployment for SIRIUS System interface. In this project was implemented new features based on user-centered solutions.
This software is part of an integrated system within the public health system. The main function of SIRIUS is to provide healthcare professionals with a tool for asset management and service control.
Technology: HTML5; CSS3; JavaScript; ASP.NET framework; TORTOISE version control.
IDE: Visual Studio.
Customer: Salvador City public health management office.
